CULTURE & HISTORY It is important to immerse oneself in the culture and history of each individual space, allowing these factors to bring forth the answers to questions regarding appropriate design. Capturing the essence of each project's wealth of history, diversity, location, and overall spirit is the goal of our firm. We embrace each project's cultural and historical values and the unique challenges they bring forth. SSD has had the opportunity to work on numerous historical properties, often revamping a tired building and upgrading later additions, to bring back a flavor of the property's original design and history while simultaneously adding conveniences of the modern world. |
