SHANNON SCOTT is the Principal of SHANNON SCOTT DESIGN. She studied both art and interior design, obtaining her Professional Certification in Interior and Environmental Design from The University of California at Santa Barbara, and is an active member of IIDA. Shannon’s over 15 years of experience ranges from antiques and fine furnishings, to hospitality and luxury residential interior design.

Prior to starting SHANNON SCOTT DESIGN, Shannon worked for several years as a Senior Project Designer with a high profile interior design firm. Through her work with the firm, she gained the experience and expertise involved with large 4–5 star hotel and resort properties, as well as spas, restaurants, meeting spaces, and luxury residential projects.

Shannon took her vast range of experience, and in 1999 founded SHANNON SCOTT DESIGN. Shannon takes a hands-on approach, working with each client on an individual basis. She is involved with all aspects of the design process…from establishing the initial concept, to overseeing the daily details, procurement, and completing the final installation phase. She also works as a facilitator, coordinating the design team, including the client, architect, contractor, and various consultants.
