UNIVERSITY CLUB – Santa Barbara, CA 1960’s additions were
transformed to match the quality & style of the 1923 renovation
of this turn of the century property. The dining room & men’s
restroom were completely renovated, the bar & other areas updated.
New custom carpet, traditional wood plank flooring, & faux finishes
